Management Accountant

Are you a hands-on Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the full management accounts function for a well-established manufacturing businessbringing accuracy, insight, and leadership to a key part of the operation.

Youll be the financial heartbeat of the site, producing high-quality information that supports decision-making at every level, while supervising a Business Administrator and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across the finance function.

Hours 8 4.30 Mon Thursday / Friday 0800 3.15.

What Youll Be Doing

• Producing monthly management accounts with accuracy and insight
• Treasury management, including cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Delivering business information for stakeholders across the organisation
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Overseeing payroll
• Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger
• Supervising and developing the Business Administrator

What Youll Bring

Essential:

• Strong technical accounting skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a completer-finisher mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Confidence working across multiple tasks in a busy environment

Desirable:

• Experience with Sage 200
• Experience with Sage Payroll
• Strong Microsoft skills
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE
