Gas Engineer Supervisor (Off the Tools)

We are working with a small, well-established heating contractor based in Rochester who are looking to bring on an experienced Gas Engineer Supervisor to oversee their growing team.
This is a fully off-the-tools role, ideal for a senior engineer looking to step into management or someone already supervising a team who wants a more hands-on leadership position within a close-knit business.
The Role:Managing a team of 5 Gas Engineers on a day-to-day basis
Carrying out quality control checks on completed works
Supporting engineers with technical queries and problem solving
Monitoring performance, productivity, and job completion
Ensuring all works are compliant with Gas Safe regulations
Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
Assisting with scheduling and workload coordination where required
ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CPA1)
Strong background in service, repair and install within domestic gas
Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience preferred
Excellent technical knowledge and fault-finding ability
Strong communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Salary:£45,000
