Location: Inverness, IV3
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £14 £15 per hour

Were recruiting for a Finance Admin Temp to support an important project for a few weeks in Inverness. This temporary project role involves accurately moving financial data between systems and supporting the Finance Director in maintaining the integrity of key financial information.

This is a fully office based role where attention to detail, accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transferring financial data between systems
  • Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records and documentation
  • Identifying and flagging discrepancies for review
  • Supporting the Finance Director with project-related tasks
  • Following defined processes and deadlines to ensure data integrity

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in finance, accounts or administrative support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with finance/accounting systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to escalate issues when needed
  • Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in an office-based project environment
