A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Compensation Policy and Delivery to lead reward governance, policy design, and performance & reward operations across its global workforce.

Are you a senior reward professional looking to shape compensation strategy on a global scale?

In this high impact role, you'll drive the development of workforce reward policies, oversee the annual pay review cycle, guide external benchmarking, and lead a dedicated analytics function that influences senior level decisions. You'll also work closely with leaders to strengthen employee and manager experience with reward programmes through enhanced communication, systems, and training.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Designing and implementing global reward policies
  • Leading all aspects of performance and reward delivery
  • Managing compensation benchmarking and pay equity processes
  • Providing strategic reward insights through advanced analytics
  • Enhancing the user experience of reward systems and services
  • Ensuring compliance and proactive issue management
What we're looking for
  • A proven change leader with deep expertise in performance and reward
  • Experience in large, global financial services organisations
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • Leadership experience across both local and virtual teams
  • A track record of successfully taking reward initiatives from concept to delivery
