Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales strategy to grow market share and profitability
- Manage relationships with leading UK supermarkets and key accounts
- Negotiate listings, pricing and promotional plans
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the highly focused team for seamless execution
- Drive new product development and range optimisation
- Represent the business in retailer meetings and trade events
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing major UK retailers, and grocers
- Experience with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda or Morrison essential
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Flexible, adaptable and hands on
