Lettings Negotiator - Worcester - 28K basic plus commission

I am seeking a Lettings Negotiator for an Independent Estate Agency in Worcester.

Ideally the successful Lettings Negotiator will have previous experience working within Estate Agency.

The role will include:

• Carrying out viewings
• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Negotiation of Rent
• Viewing Feedback
• Working within the team
• Confident communicator both face to face & on the telephone
• Valuing properties (training will be given)

MUST have a full clean driving licence and have your own vehicle.
