Accountabilities
  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive global channel and partner program strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a global team of Partner Program Managers to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and high performance.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Enablement teams to exceed partner program KPIs and accelerate partner-driven revenue.
  • Architect scalable, automated, and AI-enabled partner systems to improve partner experience, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-value.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and analytics to provide a single source of truth for program performance, pipeline impact, and partner engagement.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with senior partner executives to strengthen long-term alignment, joint business planning, and ecosystem growth.
  • Partner with enablement and education teams to deliver high-impact training programs that drive rapid partner productivity and success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in global channel, partner programs, or alliances within high-growth SaaS or technology environments, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale global teams while driving operational excellence and consistent execution across regions.
  • Strong expertise in partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Demonstrated success aligning cross-functional teams to deliver unified business outcomes and exceed performance targets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex initiatives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong execution mindset, strategic thinking, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
