Parts Business Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Parts Business Account Manager to join our team in?Segensworth(Fareham).?

The Opportunity:

In this role, you willbe responsible forbuilding andmaintainingstrong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers and achieving sales targets forthe customer based in their defined territory.

As a Parts BusinessAccountManageryou willmaintainthe highest standards of care for both colleagues and customers as well as working alongside the Sales Manager, Parts Sales AdvisorTeamand others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales.

About You:

• Effective communication (verbal and written), customerserviceand organisational skillsin order toprofessionally interact with customers face to face and over the phone;

• Commitment to delivering customer service excellence;

• A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning;

• A keen eye for detail;

• Previousexperience in a target driven role;

• Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems,emailand use of excel;

• Experience with CDK (advantageous); and

• A full UK driving licence.
