Our client is an exceptionally successful tour operator, creating wonderful cultural adventure trips for their customers to Japan. They are looking for people who have spent time in Japan travelling, to join their team.
As a Travel Consultant, your primary goal is to turn incoming enquiries into bookings by creating exceptional travel experiences and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with clients to design custom travel proposals, manage their bookings, and ensure their satisfaction from initial contact through their return.
Travel Consultant - Duties?This is an office-based role with the first month and possibly up to the end of your probation whilst you are training in the office full time - once you are fully up and running there is the opportunity to move to a hybrid model with some days at home or even home based for an exceptional candidate. The hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays. Base salary from £26k - £28k per year, with uncapped commission with On Target Earnings (OTE) of £5,000 in year one rising to £16,000 per annum from year three. 25 days annual leave, increasing annually, plus statutory holidays and birthday leave.
