Job Type: 12-month contract, core role, 7 days on / 7 days off, 11-hour shifts
Undertake routine and non-routine mechanical maintenance and defect repairs to ensure the reliability, safety, and availability of plant and equipment for gas production, processing, and condensate storage.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Technical
Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks per operational procedures.
Investigate and resolve technical issues on critical plant.
Prepare technical reports and maintain records for audits and analysis.
Conduct commissioning and decommissioning activities.
Contribute to plant modification design and implementation.
Supervision & Safety
Supervise staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient work.
Adhere to safe working practices, permitry, and plant protection protocols.
Support emergency response duties and maintain competencies.
Collaboration & Leadership
Maintain and develop technical and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate effectively, influence constructively, and communicate clearly.
Provide and receive feedback; participate in performance management.

Experience in petrochemical process operations/maintenance.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and plant processes.

Crane driving (Level 3) and emergency response training.

Required: BTEC ONC / Ordinary Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Several years in mechanical roles within E&P industry.
