KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts Work on different projects Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns Collating billing information Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out. Conducting legal research WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE experience, working experience at a law firm preferred P roven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment Experience in Data Privacy a plus but not a must Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law a plus but not a must Ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels Business English essential (German a plus) Hands-on mentality with a business pragmatic approach Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business' needs Organised and structured Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and management and the knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
