An established and growing signage business in Pontefract is looking to recruit a Junior Signage Technician to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 12-24 months' experience in signage production or sign making who is now ready to take the next step in their career and develop into the installation side of the industry.

The Role

You'll initially work across:

• Sign production and bench work
• Vinyl application and sign writing
• Preparing materials and graphics for install

Alongside this, you'll receive structured, hands-on training in:

• External signage installation
• Large format graphics fitting
• Vehicle graphics and vehicle wrapping
• On-site fitting and installation techniques

What We're Looking For

• 12-24 months' experience within signage or large format graphics
• Experience with vinyl application and general production/bench work
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)

This role offers genuine long-term progression into full sign installation, working on larger external signage projects and vehicle wrapping assignments.
