Key Responsibilities
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing letters, court documents and forms
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Managing calls, emails and incoming enquiries
- File opening, closing and archiving
- Maintaining electronic and paper files
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients
- General office and administrative support
Requirements
- Previous experience as aLegal Secretary / Legal Administrator
- Strong audio typing and document production skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Professional and confident communication skills
This role is commutable from Dewsbury, Batley, Cleckheaton, Birstall, Heckmondwike, Mirfield, and nearby areas of Bradford and Leeds
