Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work. This is an excellent opportunity, which has fantastic earning potential and provides the opportunity for long-term work and flexible work.
