Package: Starting from 61,040 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

As the Senior HR Manager, you will manage a portfolio of HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic people plans.
Some duties in the role will include:
- Understanding business requirement in order to lead the planning and design of areas of the HR strategy and associated delivery work, partnering with HR leads, Centres of Expertise and colleagues in HR operations.
- Lead complex projects and HR initiatives on behalf of the HR function identifying business demand and planning resource allocation.
- Lead coach and develop a team to deliver objectives safely & securely to meet our operational plans.
- Take a strategic lead on the direction of learning and development requirements for the organisation.
- Undertake external benchmarking activity to measure the organisation against its competitors.
- Provides coaching to both their team members and employees in the business when required.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, the individual will be an experienced L&D professional with strong leadership skills and an expert facilitator. They will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, project delivery and learning strategy development.
We would like you to have a minimum of 5 years experience working in HR along with CIPD level 5 qualification.
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and prioritise.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Experience working within a large organisation.
- Proven success in developing/managing others and leading a team.
- Knowledge and application in psychometrics.
- Experience in identifying strategic HR related issues, thinking laterally and applying analytical, qualitative and research skills to develop appropriate strategies for resolution.
- Experience across a number of HR specialisms including but not limited to Org Dev, Org Effect, HR Policy, Employee Relations, other HR roles.
