Multi-Site Sales Advisor Join the UK s No.1 Fitness Retailer

Ready to take your sales career on the road? At Fitness Supervisor, we re looking for a confident, energetic Multi-Site Sales Advisor to represent our brand across several of our key stores primarily Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton as well as pop-up shops and trade shows. You ll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right fitness equipment to transform their goals into reality.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys travelling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. And with a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, you could be earning around £500 extra per month.

What you ll be doing

You ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a first-class in-store experience for every customer
  • Selling premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Demonstrating equipment and explaining features clearly and confidently
  • Working 40 hours per week across 5 days (rota and store locations provided monthly)
  • Supporting stores across England when required, including some weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Travelling regularly as part of your role

What we re looking for

You ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
  • Previous sales experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
  • Motivation to hit and exceed monthly targets
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Comfortable with regular travel across England
