Post: Practice Nurse / Community Outreach Target Demand Management(TDM)
Pay: £19.78-£20.88 dependent on experience
Hours:Full, Part and Bank Hours Available
Accountable to: Head of Clinical Workforce
Reportable to: Clinical Manager
