As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle across all areas of the business - from Retail and Operations to Head Office and International teams.
Working closely with the Director, People & Culture and hiring managers, you will deliver a smooth, engaging and values-led recruitment experience, ensuring we attract and hire the right people in the right way. You will also play a key role in bringing our employer brand to life across all recruitment touchpoints, and in embedding our Capability Framework into how we attract, assess and onboard talent.
