The Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Head of Sales UK & Europe, to join a well established fashion and sportswear branded supplier to the high street, leading overall growth and sales strategy while managing and developing key UK and European retail accounts.

The Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with annual revenue plans, growth objectives and key KPIs across UK and Europe.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, channels and customer segments to expand the customer base and drive distribution growth.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing UK and EU retail accounts, safeguarding revenue while protecting profitability and margins.
  • Lead the generation of new business opportunities, converting prospects into long term, high value client relationships.
  • Drive high level negotiations with key clients and partners to secure optimal terms, pricing and margin protection.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, QA and Marketing teams to align product strategy, pricing and brand positioning with market needs.
  • Represent the company at senior client meetings, trade shows and industry events to build brand authority and strengthen strategic relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance across the team, ensuring consistent delivery against targets, budgets and margin goals.
Skills Required
  • Proven track record in Head of Sales or Senior Sales leadership roles within fashion/retail.
  • Product knowledge across men's and women's fashion collections within high street retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, building and motivating multi-disciplinary sales and account teams.
  • Strategic commercial thinker with proven growth mindset and ability to deliver multi-year sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritise effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with EU market customers and distribution channels (desirable).
