Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Our client based in Dronfield are on the search for a Mechanical Engineer to join thier team.

This role is working Monday - Thursday 12 hour nights

The salary is £57,500 per year

The Role:

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on heavy engineering equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise machinery performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

The Candidate:

• Apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3)
• Proven experience in a medium / heavy engineering environment is crucial.
• Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with hydraulic systems.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
