The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teach across KS1 and KS2, adapting to pupils individual needs
- Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
- Adapt confidently to different school settings
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Patience, flexibility, and resilience
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
