We are the inventor of the Belgian praline. Every day, our people continue to write the unique Neuhaus story. That story began in 1857, when Jean Neuhaus opened the very first boutique in the Queen's Gallery in Brussels. Quality and customer experience are at the heart of our business and that is exactly what our people do with heart and soul every day. The pride of working for the inventor of the Belgian praline is typical for each employee.
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the boutique. You will ensure exceptional service standards, drive commercial performance, and uphold Neuhaus' premium presentation and values. With a hands on approach, you will coach, inspire and guide your team on a daily basis, so that together you achieve the commercial targets.
As we expand in the UK, we are looking for a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead our flagship store in St Pancras. This boutique is more than a store-it's a destination.
