Position: Head of Sales

Package: £90,0000 - £100,000 +Car % Bonus
We're working with a fast-growing challenger brand that's reached an exciting inflection point. The business has built strong UK traction and now benefits from the backing of a much larger organisation providing capital, infrastructure, and strategic support to accelerate the next phase of growth.
They're now hiring a Head of Sales to lead the UK commercial agenda while helping shape a longer term international growth strategy.
This is a senior, hands on role with real influence - suited to someone who enjoys building as much as managing.
The role:
- Own and deliver the UK sales strategy across grocery, convenience and foodservice
- Lead, coach, and develop a small but high performing sales team
- Manage senior relationships with buyers, wholesalers, and key partners
- Drive range expansion, distribution gains, and profitable growth
- Work closely with the wider group to leverage scale, insight, and capability
- Contribute to international market planning and early stage expansion
This role would suit someone who:
- Has led sales for an SME or challenger FMCG brand
- Brings strong relationships across UK grocery and convenience
- Is commercially sharp, with experience owning forecasts and budgets
- Enjoys operating with autonomy, pace, and accountability

- Can work from a Northern Home Counties office on a hybrid basis
