Nursery Room Leader

Location: London Road, Waterlooville
Full-Time 41.25 hours per week
Salary: £28,600 per annum

• Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children's development
• Lead by example, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Support staff with high-quality observations and updates on EyLog
• Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
• Maintain accurate records using EyMan and ensure compliance with EYFS
• Safeguard the wellbeing of children, staff, and families at all times

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
• 1+ Year Experience in Early Years - Essential
• 6+ Months in a Senior Role - Desirable
• Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards
• Fluent in written and spoken English
