Salary - Store Manager UK Visa Sponsorship Jobs

Pay:

£30,000 to £35,000 a year.

About the Job - Store Manager Role UK

As a manager, it will be your job to make sure that customer service, product quality, and operational excellence are always at their best. You will set an example for your team and inspire them to reach store goals and go above and beyond.

Main Duties - Papa John's Store Manager Responsibilities

• Running the store's daily operations in a busy setting
• Teaching, inspiring, and helping team members grow
• Keeping costs down (food, labour, etc.) while making the most money and sales.
• Making sure that Papa John's brand standards are followed
• Giving great service and keeping the quality of the products high
• Making the workplace a friendly and happy place to be

Eligibility & Skills Required - Store Manager UK Visa Sponsorship Jobs

• Experience managing people in the food delivery or fast food restaurant business
• Good at leading and working with others
• A valid UK driver's license and a way to get to a car
• Being flexible and ready to do more than is expected
• A "can-do" mindset that is proactive
• Some experience with Papa John's, Domino's, or Pizza Hut (recommended)
