We are focused on scaling our ecommerce and retail channels in the UK and abroad - all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic, stylish atmosphere in store and strong customer focus.

The Role

We are seeking a detail oriented SOP Specialist to draft, document, and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all HR and operational processes. This is a freelance role, working closely with the HR Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure SOPs are accurate, clear, and easy to follow. The project will be ongoing on an as needed basis after the initial setup.

Work Schedule / Location

This is a freelance, fully remote contract. It is project based with ongoing support required on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and standardise SOPs for HR, warehouse, fulfilment, retail, and other operational processes, based on input from managers and the HR Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SOPs reflect current practices and are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Format SOPs in a clear, user friendly style suitable for internal documentation.
  • Update and maintain SOPs on an ongoing basis, incorporating changes to processes, systems, or regulations.
  • Work with the Notion specialist to ensure SOPs are correctly uploaded and organised within the internal platform.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience creating clear, concise SOPs, process documentation, or operational manuals.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into structured documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management and document version control.
  • Experience in HR, retail, warehouse, or e commerce SOPs is a plus.
