Job Description: As the Head of Design, you will lead the end-to-end design vision for a global platform scaling past $100M ARR. You will elevate the product UI, ship complex AI-powered features, and build a world-class design organization. This is a high-impact leadership role blending strategic vision with hands-on execution.

• Own and execute the design strategy across all product surfaces while rolling out a scalable, world-class design system.

• Refine high-impact UX flows, including creator activation and checkout experiences, to drive core business KPIs.

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing design team while remaining hands-on with the most critical product initiatives.

• Exceptional design leader with deep mastery across visual, interaction, and UX design in fast-moving environments.

• Proven track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business impact and scaling high-performing teams.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building at the intersection of AI-native tooling and sophisticated product design.
