  Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 per annum, DOE + Benefits

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are an Estate Agency in North Manchester established over 40 years with properties across the Northwest.

Hyde Estates & Lettings Agents are recruiting an Experienced Lettings Negotiator with a good knowledge of lettings to join a highly successful Estate & Lettings Agency in residential property market. Based in North Manchester.

The Role : Lettings Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all lettings enquiries to include viewings, repairs, maintenance etc
• Process all tenancy applications to include referencing, document verification and holding deposits
• Ensure correct deposits are being managed in line with deposit regulations
• Arrears management
• Deal with any queries from landlords or tenants
• Coordinate property maintenance, liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Input invoices onto the CRM system utilising the accounting system
• Manage check-ins and check-outs using company software
• Arranging & conducting management visits with tenants
• Provide high quality customer service
• Must be computer literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Good organisational skills
• Must be willing to work towards ARLA (Propertymark) qualification
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to resolve day to day issues
• Minimum of 2 years property experience
• A Full UK clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
