Location: London (Mobile role across multiple sites)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Circa 40,000 per annum + Travel Pay + Company Vehicle (Personal Use Allowed)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial and residential sites across London. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent client service at all times.

This is a mobile role requiring flexibility, strong fault-finding ability, and a professional customer-facing approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.

  • Attend and resolve reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs across multiple London sites.

  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on various commercial plumbing and mechanical systems

  • Complete compliance checks and ensure adherence to health & safety legislation.

  • Participate in an on-call rota where required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial plumbing and mechanical plant.

  • Experience in commercial environments (offices, retail, healthcare, etc.).

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

  • Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification.

  • Water Regulations / Legionella awareness.

  • Basic electrical knowledge.

  • IPAF and/or PASMA certification.

  • Experience working within a facilities management environment.
