Role: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: 25,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Advisor to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established organisation based in Shoreham-by-Sea.
This is a customer-facing role within a busy service team, focused on delivering a high standard of support, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

The Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work to targets
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role:
- Managing incoming customer calls and email enquiries
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Retaining customers by managing service-related conversations
- Recording and tracking customer interactions on CRM systems
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines
- Keeping up to date with regulatory and internal changes
- Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
