We're looking for a senior UK marketing lead - a hands on, commercial operator who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer marketing. Your mission is to ensure that as many British nursery owners and managers as possible know that Famly is the only platform worth using to run their business - and that existing customers continue to see, feel, and get value from Famly every single day.
And who are Famly? We're on a mission to close the collaboration gap in early childhood. So we're building the world's most collaborative Early Childhood Platform - a software platform for the adults in a young child's life to connect, share their workload, and learn about early childhood. Basically, Famly makes life easier for educators and families so that they can get back to what matters.
By driving and executing our UK marketing priorities, you'll operate in a market where Famly is already the dominant player, with almost 30% of nurseries using our platform. You'll be collaborating closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams to drive awareness and growth, while deepening customer relationships and supporting engagement, retention, and expansion.
The role will initially be a maternity cover for Head of UK Marketing with the strong possibility to transition into a permanent position elsewhere in the Famly marketing org once the Head of UK Marketing returns from maternity leave.
