Magill Adams Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisors in Lisburn are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible role within a supportive practice environment.

What We Offer

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales ledger reconciliation and credit control
  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Cash flow management and bank reconciliations
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • General bookkeeping and practice administration duties

Required Criteria
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics, or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' computerised bookkeeping experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience using Sage accounting software
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent numerical, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Criteria
  • AAT Level 3 qualification
