The Role

We re looking for a proactive Buyer/Procurement Specialist to source goods, materials, and services that support our operational requirements. You ll manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure stock availability to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders and manage end-to-end procurement activity.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate competitive terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, lead times, and procurement data.
  • Work with operations and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.

The Candidate

  • Experienced Buyer/Procurement Specialist.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Confident using ERP/procurement systems such as Sage 500, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • CIPS qualification or working towards it.
