We are currently looking for a Pump Services Technical Support Engineer to join their Dudley-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing exceptional support to clients. You will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring pumps operate efficiently and reliably for customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities of this role as a Pump Services Technician you will be:

  • Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of pump systems.
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely updates on service progress.
  • Work closely with the Pump Services Manager and colleagues to schedule and prioritise tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and maintenance logs.
  • Assist with training and guidance for junior team members as required.

Requirements of a Pump Services Technician you will:

  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally within pump or industrial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred.
