Overview:
As the B2C Recruitment Consultant for Little Ones, you will be responsible for all areas of the recruitment process, from registering new clients to managing candidates. Your goal will be attracting talented candidates and closing placements with our clients. Your success will enable us to support hundreds of parents each year.

Requirements:
We are looking for the following skills:
Dynamic, competitive, resourceful, resilient, enthusiastic and career-focused individual
Fluency in written & spoken English (additional language would be a big bonus)
One+ years of experience in a similar role or Sales
Must be confident in your verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well within a team, as well as taking own initiative and responsibility for achieving targets
Someone passionate about sales & recruitment, so you need to come with a can-do attitude, be career-driven and target-driven
Flexibility for occasional weekend cover is required during your first year. This will never total more than 1 full day a month and all weekend work is compensated with time off in lieu
Responsibilities:
As a Little Ones B2C Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in a goal-driven environment, where you will be supported along the way to meet the company's targets. You will be responsible for:
Developing long-lasting client relationships
Delivering a seamless recruitment experience for all clients and candidates
Sourcing talent and managing it
Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates
Work directly with private individuals.
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role within the business.
