RoleReporting to the Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the daily life of the setting, including:
Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and parents
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years
Confident in their knowledge and application of the EYFS
Passionate about working with young children
Strong communicators and effective team players
Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
