Due to an increased workload, we are currently looking for a Mobile Electrician to carry planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial buildings in London
We re recruiting a Mobile Electrician to join a growing facilities and engineering team, working across a well-maintained portfolio of commercial buildings in London. You will have a list of site you'll manage day to day, plus additional tasks as required
What You ll Do

Deliver PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites

Fault-find, repair, and maintain lighting, emergency lighting, small power, and distribution boards

Use a mobile / CAFM system to close jobs and record works

Provide a professional, customer-focused service on site

Support site based engineering teams with day to day maintenance tasks

Take part in an out-of-hours call-out rota
What We re Looking For (essential)
-
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-
Commercial maintenance experience

Strong fault-finding skills
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Nice to have: 2391, IPAF/PASMA, CAFM
