Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver business strategy across retail, e commerce, and distribution channels
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through smart planning and cost control
- Oversee day to day operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional client experience
- Lead e commerce performance, optimising UX, digital marketing, and online sales
- Manage supply chain and logistics for efficient B2B distribution
- Take full P&L responsibility, reporting on KPIs and financial performance
- Inspire and develop a multi disciplinary team to achieve ambitious goals
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing across all touchpoints
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable success in a Leadership or GM role, ideally within Beauty or a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
- Digital fluency with e commerce platforms and marketing strategies
