About the roleReporting to the Lead, HR Partners, this role is responsible for contributing cultural therapeutic ways of the delivery of HR support and advice across VACCA. This position delivers employment and employee relations advice and HR support services in alignment with VACCA's vision and purpose.
The Deputy Lead HR Partners plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across VACCA to deliver high-quality HR support services and build capacity and expertise in people management practices across the organisation.
The Deputy Lead HR Partner manages HR support services with two direct reports.
