The Visitor Experience Officer plays a key role in bringing WWT Llanelli to life for our visitors by supporting the delivery of seasonal events, family activities, talks, tours and venue hire, while ensuring high standards of welcome, signage and interpretation across the site. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and our engagement volunteers, the role helps create safe, inspiring and memorable experiences through friendly, informative visitor engagement and well-organised activities.
It's an exciting, varied role that offers the chance to work in a beautiful outdoor setting, develop skills in events, communication and teamwork, and make a real difference to how people connect with nature. By sharing knowledge about wetlands, wildlife and conservation, the Visitor Experience Officer helps inspire care for the natural world and supports WWT's mission to restore wetlands and unlock their power for people and wildlife alike.
