Duties:

• Greeting and engaging customers with professionalism and friendliness
• Clearly explaining repair and service processes, ensuring transparency
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle repairs and estimated completion times
• Developing product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
• Promoting additional services, repairs, and accessories based on technician recommendations
• Scheduling and confirming vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
• Managing customer records meticulously within company systems

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong organisational skills, capable of working under pressure
• Natural ability to identify customer needs and upsell services
• Previous target-driven experience demonstrating goal achievement
• Valid UK driving licence
