Freedom Recruitment Capital provides the infrastructure and backing for experienced recruiters to launch their own firms. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our client success and implementation department. You will be responsible for the transition of new partners from contract signing to active trading.
This role focuses on high-level account management and project coordination. You will act as the central link between new business owners and our internal specialist teams to ensure a seamless launch.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the end to end implementation process for all new business partners
Serve as the senior point of contact for clients during their first 90 days
Oversee the delivery of legal, financial, and technical setup requirements
Maintain detailed project schedules to ensure launch dates are met
Simplify technical requirements into actionable steps for clients
Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions immediately
Manage relationships with third party vendors and internal departments
Refine service delivery standards to improve the client experience
Candidate Requirements
Experience in customer success, service management, or implementation
Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple high value accounts
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations
Clear communication style with a focus on accuracy
Track record of meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
Natural ability to stay organized under pressure
