Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, leading a team of three direct reports.
- Drive the S&OP process and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Shape and implement demand and supply chain strategies aligned with business growth.
- Support the successful rollout of a WMS
- Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with buying, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Track record of leading change within supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
