what you ll do
lead customer conversations across phone, email, and digital channels with confidence and control
assess complex arrears cases, uncover root causes, and agree sustainable repayment solutions
make sound, compliant decisions while maintaining a fair and empathetic approach
identify vulnerability indicators and work closely with specialist support teams
collaborate with credit administration on case actions, documentation, and resolutions
maintain high-quality case notes, accurate systems, and consistently strong compliance and quality scores
you ll be great at this if you
have proven experience in collections, arrears management, or credit control
are confident handling difficult, sometimes emotive conversations
bring strong judgement and integrity to every decision you make
communicate clearly and professionally, building trust quickly
