Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional food and service
• Plan and organise work to achieve departmental goals and continuous improvement
• Innovate and develop menus with your own distinctive style
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient kitchen environment
• Build strong relationships to create a positive, collaborative learning culture
• Lead menu development while managing financials, labour costs, and budgeting
• Make clear, confident decisions, consulting the senior team where appropriate
