Our client, a leading provider of mental health services in Greater Manchester, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Psychology Graduate to join their dynamic team. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work alongside a team of experienced clinicians, therapists, and support staff, contributing your knowledge and expertise to the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, drawing upon evidence-based practices and the latest research in the field of psychology
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to promote clients' emotional, behavioural, and cognitive wellbeing
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment programmes

To thrive in this role, you will possess a strong academic background in Psychology, with a keen interest in the practical application of your knowledge.
