About the Role
The successful candidate will manage their own high volume and varied caseload, involving:
- Road traffic accidents
- Fatal accident claims
- Accidents at work
- Product liability
- Industrial illness matters
- Occasional medical negligence-related work
Responsibilities include:
- Handling cases from initial instruction to settlement
- Preparing court documents and using the firm's case management system
- Providing clear, practical legal advice
- Negotiating with insurers, counsel, and experts
- Attending court when required
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, regulatory standards, and internal procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3+ years of post qualification experience in personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of PI legislation, processes, and protocols
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
- A commitment to delivering clear, straightforward advice to clients
