• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour management strategies
• Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a SEN setting
• Strong understanding of SEN principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
