An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to lead a high-profile soft services and hospitality contract within a prestigious corporate environment in central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery, ensuring exceptional standards across hospitality, cleaning, front-of-house, and associated soft services. This role requires a confident leader who can balance operational excellence with strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management and performance of a multi-disciplinary soft services and hospitality team
  • Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with the client on site
  • Financial management of the contract, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and service enhancement
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements, and company policies

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience managing soft services and/or hospitality contracts within a corporate or commercial environment
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable (or working towards)
