Salary: 28,000 + excellent benefits
12 months FTC - Maternity Cover

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading foodservice company based in Nottingham. As the Executive Assistant you will be required to provide high-level support to a busy and fast-moving Sales Team. This is a varied and demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, uses their initiative, and enjoys being at the heart of the action.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collating reports, presentations, and business documents
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Diary management and coordinating meetings
• Minute taking and distribution of action points
• Organising, booking, and supporting meetings and events
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently. You will ideally have:

• Previous administrative or Executive Assistant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• A professional approach to confidentiality
